
Nik Walton-Jones
Nik Walton-Jones joined Myer Wolff in October 2005, having practised in the South East for several years and, and prior to that, in Hull. Nik is an experienced family law solicitor who qualified in 1986. He is a member of the Law Society’s Family Accreditation Scheme and has always practised exclusively in Family Law. He was on the Law Society Children Accreditation Scheme for 15 years before deciding to concentrate on his specialisation areas.
Nik’s specialisation is High Net Worth Asset cases following Divorce, Co-habitee Disputes, Pre-nuptial Agreements and Separation Agreements. He also deals with the dissolution of Civil Partnerships and property disputes thereafter. Another area of his practise is in relation to disputes over the children of a relationship for residence and contact rights.
Nik is a trained Collaborative Lawyer and was one of the first in Hull to train in this area of work in Family Law cases. He was the Chair of the Hull Collaborative Lawyers Group during its first year in 2007.
