Richard is a partner specialising in Criminal Defence Law.
Richard is a member of SAHCA (Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates) which means he has achieved Rights of Audience in the Crown Court.
This allows Richard to represent Clients at all types of hearings before the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal.
He appears regularly before Courts in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire, dealing with both adult and youth cases.
Richard has been working in Criminal Law in Hull for over seven years and has considerable experience of all areas of law, including road traffic regulations and Internet related crime. He is an experienced advocate who conducts a substantial number of trials each year.
Richard regularly undertakes agency work in the Hull Courts for other firms outside the area.
