Timothy Durkin
Tim is the Senior
Partner and has overall responsibility for the management of the firm.
Tim specialises in Mental Health Law and is a very experienced Court and Tribunal
advocate. Tim is also a member of the Law Society's Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel.
Additionally he has a broad experience in all aspects of private practice
and undertakes commercial conveyancing for his many established clients.
