Timothy Durkin
Tim is the Senior Partner and has overall responsibility for the management
of the firm.
Tim specialises in Mental Health Law is is a former national chair of THE LEADING Mental Health Charity MIND. He is the only Member of the Law Society’s Panel for Mental Health Tribunal Representatives within Hull and East Yorkshire. However his mental health practice covers the wider region including Lincolnshire.
Tim is a very experienced court and Tribunal advocate and had a broad experience in all aspects of private practice.
